Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our main priority. So You have 30 days. If your order arrives and it's not what you expected, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Simple as that.
Here's what we ask: Items need to come back unworn, unused, with the tags still on and in the original packaging. Just hang on to your receipt or proof of purchase — you'll need that too.
Ready to start a return? Just reach out to us at contact@sweetsouthernchic.shop and we'll walk you through it. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and clear instructions. Please don't send anything back before reaching out — we won't be able to accept it without that first step.
Something Arrived Damaged?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything looks off — damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — contact us right away. We'll take care of it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have first. Once we accept your return, you're free to place a new order for what you really want.
Refunds
Once your return lands with us, we'll inspect it and let you know right away if it's approved. If it is, your refund goes straight back to your original payment method — usually within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time on their end, so hang tight.
