Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, always. Shipping is completely free on every order within the United States. No minimums, no codes needed — just free.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the US only, to all cities across all 50 states. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, expect it at your door within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the same day, Monday through Saturday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Diners Club, and JCB. All transactions are fully encrypted and secure.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For exchanges, simply return your item first and place a new order once it's accepted.
What items can't be returned?
We're unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom orders, and personal care products. If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, just reach out before sending anything back.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us right away at contact@sweetsouthernchic.shop. We'll make it right, no runaround, no hassle. Just let us know what happened and we'll take it from there.
How do I start a return?
Just email us at contact@sweetsouthernchic.shop and we'll walk you through it. Please don't send anything back without reaching out first — we won't be able to process it without that initial step.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time on their end. If 15 business days have passed and you still haven't seen it, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
